Headache due to sinus inflammation?

I am having headache since 4-5 days excruciating pain frontal,temporal and maxillary region with fever 101 ,no runny nose, no throat pain, did CT scan, taking medicines and nebulisation prescribed by doctor, nebulisation gave much much relief to reduce my headache ,CT scan showing minimal mucosal thickening of sphenoidal and fontal sinus, What does that mean? What will be the treatment to reduce it.

Mucosal thickening of sinuses mean sinusitis or inflammation in the sinuses. Get an ent opinion for proper management.
