Headache due to missing of periods

From last four months I am not having my periods and Dr are saying it's beginning of menopause and now from four days I am having headache and I am not able to sleep kindly suggest how to handle this problem.

check your bp first.. dehydration can also be cause of headcahe ..get it evaluated
