Headache due to cold
Whenever I was my hair and head with cold water or with hot water as well I get headache. Steam doesn't help me much. It doesn't get cure after 3 days also. At last I have to take painkiller for that. I get headache at the left side. My left eye also pains and left side nose gets blocked. Please suggest me some helpful remedies. I take head bath twice in a week.

Seems like sinusitis or migraine. Need few more details to make sure. There are virechana nasya / medicine to instill into nose to remove dosa. Also some medicine to improve agni can be given for this condition. A little bit of lifestyle changes can also be considered. If there is any gut related issues there will be such symptoms.kindly make sure that.If it is simple inflammation related you can apply 1 pinch of rasnadi choornam (available in all ayurvedic shops)over vertex after head bath(will not cause any adverse effects).If not getting relief with this you may have to undergo a detailed analysis with an ayurvedic doctor.
