Last 2 days onwards... Sonme crambing and headache. Using voveron sr tab. Also using bp and sugar tablet.

The underlying cause of headache is intracranial bleed probably (as per the paper shown) I suggest you don't take Voveron as it has antiplatlet effect. Use Tab Doliza ER 1gm for pain. You need a consult by a neurosurgeon for evaluation and review of your NCCT head.
