Hello to all I m facing headache problem from lots of day neck pain and shoulder pain too Pain behind the ear aabove the ear pain ineye region pain in neck .I have muscle spasm.problem I nmy left hand left shoulder and leg also

Need to maintain proper posture and avoid pillow for few days. Rest hand properly while working. Avoid mobile in bed especially. Try daily walks and neck movements without jerk. Sos painkillers.
