I ve been headache and no giddiness bit looks like I’m little bit in balanced

Dizziness/Vertigo Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) SX – vertigo (elicited by specific head movements), dizziness, n/v, nystagmus, ataxia. Meniere – hearing loss, vertigo, tinnitus. PE – CN exam, CN 8 audiology. Dix-Hallpike maneuver (shows classic rotatory nystagmus, positive for BPPV). CT Scan of Head - to rule out any abnormal growth.
Next Steps
DX – • CT, MRI (CN 8).
Health Tips
TX – check meds, decrease Sodium (salt) in diet. Meclizine 25-100 mg/day PO divided BID-TID. Diazepam 2-10 mg PO Q4-8 hrs PRN. Anti-emetic: Promethazine 12.5 - 25 mg PO Q4-6 hours. Scopolamine transdermal patch for motion sickness prevention q3 days PRN.
