I am having frequent headache from past week. It's not at a particular area of my head. It's changing. Also, I have noticed there's a fall of hairs from my eyelashes. I have a hectic work schedule that demands 9 hours working in front of computer, 4 hours commute in Bengaluru traffic. It's also affecting my eating timings and sleep patterns. Is it because of this hectic schedule or there could be any other reason.
