This is NIPAH virus and not NIPHA virus . I don't know why you mentioned  the dates of the journey and the places you visited. To my knowledge Nipah virus is not endemic to Kerala or Tamil Nadu. Once a doubt of Nipah virus infection comes you must consult with some Physician in the local Medical College. Nipah infection is a serious matter because there is no known cure for the infection. Patients get only symptomatic and supportive treatment.
