Since yesterday night i am having severe headache at the back and neck pain. Continued with something in the throat like phlegm or cough.

Take dolo 650 mg for headache once, drink plenty of fluids.. reduce your screen time .that can cause headache and neck pain,do steam inhalation and salt water gargling.. still if it persist consult me online
