Headache after fever

At first headache started then after fever comes after taking medicine she is comfortable every oneday or after two day she suffered same problem we consulted physician , blood test and urine test are normal only homoglobin is observed 9.7 . Physician gives medicine but he didn't get diagnosis . Which diagnosis is that please help me
