Head spinning while sleeping straight

Hello My grandmother head is spinning ( chakkar ) feeling as she is about to fall when she is sleeping straight on the bed . No problem when she sleeps left hand side and 10 minutes when she sleeps straight no problem. This is going on from 2 days. Our family doctor suggested vertin 8mg for 3days.

many conditions can cause dizziness and more information will help in making an accurate diagnosis. BPPV is a common condition which may be a possible diagnosis and this is treed only with manoeuvres. Tablets can offer very little benefit in that situation
