Head spinning

5 days back in the morning my wife 29 years felt some things bite on hand finger..we rushed towards hospital doc examine and told unknown bite ...done wbct which came 13 minute..and done CBC,urine re,urea, creatine all came normal...doc observed for 12 hours and done wbct 3 times and results came 12,11,14 minutes...and discharge..but after next day of discharge she is getting head spinning and feeling balance less, her BP is always staying between 92/62, 94/65,100/70 etc, she is taking vertin od 48 and dizitact but not getting any improvement,constant head spinning, what are the causes for it,. Is it for unknown bite...does neurotoxic snake bite venom start symptoms after 3,4 days...plz help
