Head Lice Issue for Months

2025-03-12 06:02:01
I have head lice for months now and I have tried perlice, ivermectin and all OTC solutions. I'm not able to get rid of the lice and I'm facing severe hair loss. Please let me know if this is treatable, I don't want to shave my head.
