Head injury

Hi doctor, yesterday I hit my head in the door ,while sleeping if I turn my head on the injury side I am getting vertigo ,there is no blood in that area,only swelling is there,please advise me,I am worried about this.

I f its associated with vertigo than you must get brain scan done CT scan, swelling may or may not be filled with blood
