Hello doc, actually around 20 days back my father fell down from stairs , and after that he was ok.. he got hit on leg hand and head.. after after few days the pain recovered. now last 2 days , he is facing blurness in vision and forgetting dates, like when he got married , and he is telling 550 and writing 770 something like this.. today we got report of citi scan .. his age is 55. report is attached for reference kindly suggest , what should we do next..
