Head hit by window

My head got hurt when i was standing..it hit at top of head..i m attaching photo..i got cut on scalp and it bleed for few seconds..also it got swollen for few hours which later resolved..I immediately put ice for 15 mint.. now 3 days have been passed out..i m only getting pain in touching the hurt area of scalp..apart from this i m getting nerve irritation above the ears and back of head..also getting irritation from loud noise..apart from this i didnt get any major symptoms like vomiting dizziness unconsciousness..i m only getting nerve burning and irritation in occipital region..plz suggest me what to do

If you have no red flags like Persistant head ache, loss of consciousness, neuro defecits, vomitings, seizures, Active ENT bleed - for your age (hoping you are an healthy individual not on any blood thinners)- nothing to be done. You might have sling ringing sensation on and off which requires symptomatic management Apart from that, nothing to be done
Next Steps
Observe for reg flags (usually doesnt occur beyond 48hrs, so nothing to worry) - loss of consciousness, vomitings, seizures
