I have dizziness previously which would go away once I take sugar and rest a bit like it went within 5 mins.but this time it didn't went away and after I sleep I feel better then I was weak and tired so doctor suggested iron supplement.After taking supplement for 3 days also I feel head heaviness and sometimes mild pain in back of head but head heaviness is there.
