Head feels weird and blocked
29. M. 5'6". 74 kg. history of bedwetting, schizophrenia. currently taking schizophrenia meds and multivitamin multimineral. so I have been having this problem of weird feeling in head where my head feels blocked almost like a stone. whenever this happens I tend get uncaring, unable to enjoy things and get brain fog. this goes away for a couple of hours once in blue moon but comes back again. what could be causing this? and what is the cure? is this some deficiency or excess? some allergy milk? buttermilk? could it be because of long COVID 19? yoga meditation not working please prescribe some meds.

Dear brother, I understand your issues, heart fully. You need to get out of all unnecessary medications gradually. Your diagnosis may sound complicated, but I am sure with nature's support, you can feel clarity soon.
First let me know if you have your parents or brother or sister of friend for support.
Then make sure you spend maximum time gardening or farming in sun and soil. You need to keep working in soil with bare feet. This will ensure grounding of your body
