Head circumference 18 months old

My son is 18 months old and has a head circumference of 45. Doctor said it's slightly high and can be a sign of nutrition deficiency. Is this something to worry about? He has reached milestones on time. He can speak about 10 words but still cannot speak sentences. Soft spot is still there

It is normal for age. Nothing to worry. Child learns to speak 2-3 word sentences by 2 years. 10 words vocabulary is absolutely perfect for his age. Don't worry, he is doing good. You can continue vitamin D drops for another 6 months
