It is observed that head part is too hot approximately 37 degrees compared to other parts of the body

Head,palms and soles of feet are warmer than rest of the body due to heat loss from these areas,it's normal,relax. If whole body is warm or baby is dull OR irritable,measure temperature,if 100 or above,use paracetamol drops.
