Suffering from Cold, runing noise, nose iching, sneezing.. Head ache which medicine should I go for? Montek lc or paracetamol?

Hello, Take PARACETAMOL 650 mg twice a day and montek lc at bed time. Take steam inhalation  twice or thrice a day, If doesn't improve within 2-3 days, consult a doctor.
