My son is 8yrs old and he is suffering with temp 102.3... And head ache also.. Can I give him ibugestic plus.. If so pls let me know the dosage

Yes,you may. Dosage of medicine would be about 7.5 ml SOS,repeat 4 hourly if required. If accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed ,consult your paediatrician asap.
