Hi,it looks like some traumatic ulcer on the tongue maybe due to sharp edges of the teeth,so get grinding done by a dentist ,avoid sharp spicy foods for few days,a detailed examination by an experienced dentist is mandatory.

It should be checked clinically. You should get it examined without proper examination can’t say anything.

The lesions in the pictures can be because of the following causes: First, a healing lesion after a probable tongue bit while chewing which will disappear in some time. Second, oral lichen planus lesion which may appear elsewhere like inside of the cheeks. Third, it can be a Leukoplakia which is a precancerous condition though reversible if the patient has a history of tobacco chewing or smoking and associated with a sharp surface of tooth irritating the lesion.
Next Steps
Any harmful habits such as tobacco chewing or smoking should be stopped immediately. The patient can use any topical ulcer gel which will provide antiseptic coverage on the lesion. Any rough tooth(irritant) surface next to the lesion should be treated by the dentist.
Health Tips
Avoid extreme spicy and hot food for 2 weeks if the lesion is painful.
