To come of this present Anxiety, I would suggest you to practice Focus and de-focus principle of life.
By focus, if you get a clarity about yourself and your future, you can focus on those areas.
And at the same time, by de-focus means, to park these thoughts and memories in a garage and unable to access those keys.
