At 5 weeks, HCG level was 233. After two days it was 150. There is no symptom/ bleeding. What are the possible scenarios? And steps to be taken?

Failed pregnancy probably.. Get ultrasound scan and Beta hcg test done

It can be chemical pregnancy. Repeat beta hcg after 1 week or urine pregnancy test
