HCG & Duphaston during pregnancy

My wife had a history RPL at 5-7 week (missded abortion) for 4 times . She has a history of PCOS (AMH 10.30). By the grace of Allmighty this is 5th pregnancy with 14 week running... From 4 th week of pregnancy she took HCG 5000 injection twice a week & duphaston 3 times a day. We took treatment from 2 doctors (1 from India & 1 from Bangladesh) Indian doctor ask to stop HCG 5000 injection & duphaston after 14 week. But Bangladesh doctor stop only HCG injection after 14 week but ask to cntinue duphaston up to 22 week. Which shoud do. We have no children till now. 10 year married life.
