When checked with Apollo my HBA1c was 6 in August and now checked at dr lal pathlab it is increased to 6.3. However, random blood sugar is in normal range. Please suggest action plan, i hope this can be revered and dont need medication now. Attached are screenshots

It is impaired glucose tolerance. Do brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Avoid oily foods and junk foods.

Hi. You have Prediabetes. No need of medications now. You need to watch out what u eat, cut down on sweets and carbs. Start exercising.
