Hello my hba1c is 5.7 What does it mean and how can I improve it Plus my HDL is high 67.1 Please explain and suggest the next action

Your hba1c value fall into the category of Prediabetic but this will not solely confirm this ,you will have to test for fasting and post prandialsugar value also to confirm this . You should give the value of HDLLDL ratio to get proper guidance.

Hi., I can understand your concern. No need to worry. HbA1C levels suggest borderline prediabetic. Plan for regular exercise and walking. Avoid processed foods. Do check for FBS and PPBS after a month.
