I had tumor on right hand side and on stomach feeling it may be a form of cancer, please let me know how can I recognize or what tests needed for cancer checking

It may be lipoma or fibroma.. Screen with ultrasound study of swellings... And if suspicious can continue qith FNAC to confirm ..
