Hi, I facing some itching issues and having red circle spot on head and neck as shows in attachment. Kindly guide me I'll have to visit any doctor or take a suggested medicine. Thanks.

It’s a Tinea Capitis and corporis, a type of superficial fungal infection. You would require to have oral and topical antifungal for 6-8 week in order to get complete recovery. Avoid sweet food and complete course of medicines.
