Untill then few suggestions to efficiently manage your symptoms:
1. Practise Journalling - Write down your thoughts or whatever you feel like in a diary on a daily basis. This helps in venting out your feelings and it's an effective way of expression.
2. Practise mindfulness - Mindfulness is being present at the moment and allowing any thoughts to flow through in a non-judgemental manner. This can be attained only through consistent practise and it can be started by doing small techniques for 10-15 minutes daily and gradually implementing it daily tasks.
For example, 5-4-3-2-1 exercise - You can close your eyes, take few deep breaths and then start naming five things that you can see, four things that you can hear, three things that you can touch, two things that you can smell and one thing that you can taste. This shapes your ability to be in the present and focus on the present.
