Xray not clear. If there is impacted or grossly decayed tooth, get it removed. You can consult through this with clinical pictures and xray.to relive pain, take tab.ketorol,dt-10mg,twice daily for 3days.

Your third molar or wisdom tooth is the reason for your pain. It is vertically impacted meaning the tooth is not going to come out like your other teeth. It should have come out by 25 years if not at age 33 it would not not come out. It will keep causing pain at frequent intervals sometimes causing infection and or swelling. Please visit your dentist for prescription medication who will prescribe appropriately after reviewing your medical history.

Hi You have not mentioned which tooth is affected in your case. From the Xray it appears to be the lower third molar. Third molar removal in mid 20s to mid 30s is common and accepted therapy .While the process may give you some discomfort (minimal to no pain -if done properly) and some food restrictions will be there, but it should lead to better result and complete alleviation of pain.
