Having pain in my wrist since last 2 week. I did not remember any such incident where it was affected. But I remember I lifted a full of water mug once and somehow it bent my wrist wrong way.

You need to specify more. Where exactly in the wrist it’s paining . Which angle bit pains more .. is the pain constant!
