Greetings combination of left-sided abdominal pain and urinary changes in a child is consistent with several distinct underlying causes, such as a urinary tract infection (UTI), acute constipation pressing on the bladder, or urinary tract stones.

This will need an exam in the office. Recommend going to pediatrician. Can be as simple as constipation to something much more complicated

Left-sided abdominal pain along with pain during urination may be due to a urinary infection, stone, constipation, or another abdominal problem. It is not advisable to start medicines without evaluation. Please have your child examined by a pediatrician and get a urine routine/microscopy test. Ensure good fluid intake. If there is fever, vomiting, blood in urine, severe pain, or difficulty passing urine, seek medical attention urgently.
