Having pain in left lower back side

Suddenly from yesterday, i'm experiencing pain in left side of the lower back. Not able to understand the root cause for this, that what's the reason for this sudden pain. no swelling in that place. some times i experience joint pain though in my feet. please help.

Hi, Back pain without leg pain usually resolves with Physio - IFT. Once pain in controlled do back strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult Orthopaedic doctor pain in the feet - ?Sciatica or local problem.
