Hey Dr my right side of tonsil is bigger than left side of tonsil from last 2-3 months I think sometimes I feel needle like pin pain in throat and ear (for 5-10 seconds) I don't have problem while eating and drinking but sometimes I feel light chills in throat for 1-2 minutes is it normal or not?
