Having itching and red rashes in my body

Since a week I am having red rashes in my all body parts except for face. Specifically in the neck area, near the back side of arm, in stomach area. It's itching at first and when I do it, it becomes red. Then after some days the rashes at that particular place is vanishing. But it's happening in my whole body since more than a week. May I get any help regarding it?
