Hi team, My daughter is having high fever and chest congestion for 3 days... She's on homeopathic medicines but the fever is on and off .. very high noon and night time...  At present she's having 102 and is homeo drops for every one hour ... I don't see any much changes .. Any immediate remedy to reduce the fever ..

Immediate remedy to reduce the fever is paracetamol according to the child's bodyweight , preferably a suppository.It is better to consult with a pediatrician in your area for a clinical examination and further treatment.
