please go for a rtpcr test to be very sure if its covid or not.
also tell about your vaccination status.
keep monitoring spo2 and temp every 6 hrs

Looks like viral illness. Could be simple flu or COVID or even dengue fever.
Keep yourself well hydrated. At least 3-4 litres of oral fluids.
Take vit c and zinc supplements and paracetamol for fever and headache.
Next Steps
preferably isolate yourself and get COVID 19 RTPCR done. Consider an in person physician consultation.
