Hi, My kids is 1.4years old. He is suffering from fever from yesterday onwards. I have used dolo 250mg. But fever is coming repeatedly.can you guide me any suggestions?

dolo 250 can be given 3-4 times/day as per the weight of the child. temperature charting needs to be done. other associated features also should be taken care of.
