Having fever 99-100 from last 2 months

Having temperature 99-100  from last 2 months...all possible test are already done...all reports are normal...could u suggest me what can be reason behind this...I have discussed it with doctor they said it can be symptoms of peri menopausal.please help me out?

Go for CBc, if nurtophils are more show  blood infection. Urine test Microscopic examination  is must.
