Good afternoon dr. my son is 4 months old he has only one problem having cough mostly started in midnight no chests and nose block it’s very clear should I give maxtra 15 ml

Just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever if required. If accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing sounds in the breathing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap.
