It seems to be you are having viral infection. Please do the following Warm water and salt gargling 3-4 times a day and one before going to bed. Steam inhalation twice a day Tab.Paracetamol 650mg Three times a day for two days and then sos Tab.Lecop M 1 at night for three days.
