Pain is not bearable even after having antibiotics and pain killer.Need treatment urgently but not able to find good doctor nearby.

Causes of pain may be grossly decayed teeth, deep pockets which involves pulp (nerves of tooth) , impacted wisdom tooth (pericoronitis). In all above-mentioned conditions, antibiotics prescribed at least for 5 days. In grossly decayed conditions, Root canal advised, In deep pockets Root canal advised, But in pericoronitis advised removal of teeth.
