Hi doctor, Doctor having A- blood group in women affects the second pregnancy??is there any issues in second pregnancy??

If you are Rh neg and partner is Rh positive, then chances that baby can be Rh positive.. So when you carry Rh positive baby, then intermixing of blood can be there...get an ICT test done and follow up with your doc

If  mother is RH negative  and husband  is  Positive, baby  during first pregnancy  is not affected  .after delivery  baby's blood is tested immediately  after birth and if baby is positive  then one full dose Anti D injection is given to mother  to avoid antibody formation in mother if not given  nexy baby develop incompatibility and affected. Ok
