Please mention that about your habits( smoking,pan chewing) If any stop the habits immediately Do oil pulling Apply turbo cart ointment every one hour/gingerly oil mix with turmeric powder Apply and massage in cheeks after every meal For three months And take sm fibro tablet twice daily Continue this treatments for three months
