Few days back i completely pulled my foreskin back and saw my penis had white particles glans region . The white dust like particles are only seen on the back border And on the back side of penis my foreskin. Has become a but sensitive and thin They also have kind of white dist particles on it Can u tell me what is the issue and which specialty should I consult
