Have bad swelling in neck and cheek because of gum and bad toothache. Please advise me urgently what I can do as a first aid

Swelling related to  tooth ache can have dangerous  complications. Let a dentist check your case. He would be the right person to give you medications. 1st aid won't be of much help. Still for pain relief you can take paracetamol tablet but get yourself  checked at earliest
