I have neck and upper back pain for a longtime. Recently done health checkup and found following abnormalities Fatty liver grade3 Uric acid 8 Vitamin D deficiency 14ng/mL Whether can I take painkillers at this situation? I cannot manage my pain with out pain killers Kindly suggest
