Gud mng.. if u want to reduce ur weight within a month then home exercises will b not sufficient.. i can suggest u many exercises bt those wil b not enough for u. U need face to face perfect guidence. So u should start the fittness programmes and consult with dietician. Dnt use any weight loss pills..
U have to do work hard and drink more water...
